How can I print out my message history on Windows live?

I have my instant messenger set to save my conversations. I can’t find how to put in a format that I can print,or send it to another file, so I could print it.

Open the chat log yu wish to print , copy paste to word and print .
Maybe right click the chat file and select print i don’t know if this method would work
