Also, I just foud something on wikipedia : “Serotonin stimulates the gut motility and so agonists can help constipation-predominate irritable bowel, while antagonists can help diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel”. I have ADD and I also take medication for dysfunctional motor neurons, which may effect my serotonin levels. But it’s hard to pinpoint this as the cause because I can’t go off these meds.
I don’t eat that much dairy, so I doubt that is the cause. I only have dairy in coffee, pizza, pasta or prepared in another way, which happens rarely.
