There are PLENTY of alternatives. Eat right, exercise, have routine physicals including blood pressure monitoring and blood tests… The list goes on.
My own family history on BOTH sides has leg amputations related to diabetes. My mother lost 2, my father 1, uncles, even my grandmother. I HAVE to watch what I eat and exercise. That’s all you can do and it WILL work if it’s not too late.
Don’t give up trying to fix things!!!
