Using different aspect ratios in Final Cut Pro?

I am combining footage from two different cameras, one in shot in 16:9 and the other was shot in 4:3. Is there a way to crop the images so that they both come out in the same 16:9 ratio?

Letter box and or crop. Up convert the 4:3.
