When you personally clarify butter, do you typically use the butter solids for anything or just toss? If you use, what for?

You can put the butter solids on cooked vegetables or you can use them in baking as a partial replacement for butter, margarine or Crisco.

I usually don’t bother since I am not making large quantities.
