If a soap opera on tv or similar show is depicting life situations then why don't they swear when needs must ?
I understand shows after a certain time allow foul words , yet in a soap opera they can show people having affairs , murders , explosions , guns and such . Yet when it comes to swearing its a big no no ok this is only for before the watershed shows but if you had a friend who slept with your soon to be wife , you would swear and curse yet in the show they just show a punch . Some of the situations on these shows would fit better with some foul words and gestures , it would make it more believable to those who watch them i am not one of those people . I am not saying swear like troopers i am saying use the odd word or two when the time calls for it .
