Can I re-download WoW?

“Great Question” (0points)

So I downloaded World of Warcraft around 8 months ago off of the Blizzard website. Obviously for this reason I have no install disks. I was thinking I would like to start playing again out of boredom, haha, but I don’t know if I could download and install it again after I have paid for it. So is this possible? Was I just unable to find where to do it? (Probably) I would appreciate the help if anyone knows. Thanks!

Yes, you can.

Yes, these games generally make money from peoples subscriptions rather than the install disks. I know the European WoW has a download client, but not sure where to find the American one. Spend a few mins in google and i’m sure you’ll find it.

Else you can always torrent the disks :p

You can get way any way you want. Download from site, torrent, borrow friend’s disks. It doesn’t matter how you install it – it matters that you have an account that corresponds with a game serial. You can download it somewhere on the WoW site; under account management is a link, I believe.

Yup, follow @Syger‘s link.
I’d suggest asking your friends if they have install disks, though. I always bought digital copies, but I made sure to make my own install disks from the setup files so I dont’ have to download all 20gb or whatever it is again.
I also have the Ulduar patch on my USB drive.

It’s a lot faster to install from disk/usb than it is to download it all and then install.
