“Great Question” (0points)

NPR’s Marketplace plays “I’m in the money” when the market has a good day, and “It don’t mean a thing if it ain’t got that swing” when the market has an uneventful day. (those might not be the actual titles, but that’s how I can identify the songs) I don’t know what they play when the market has a down day.

Here are the lyrics as sung by perhaps its most famous singer, Billie Holiday.

Here are clips from the actual music played on the show. http://marketplace.publicradio.org/about/numbers_music.html

FWIW, “We’re in the Money*” is from Golddiggers of 1933, a movie that my mother danced in.
