Okay, the best I can do with this is that I remember seeing a show on unique/regional sandwiches or burgers across the US. There was a place somewhere in Iowa or nearby that only served fresh ground beef burgers (or maybe like a loose meat type sandwich because it comes with a spoon) and the only seasoning you need is a little salt and pepper.
