I live in Mississippi. Our tenant moved out 8 months ago and left a Playstation2, 2 controllers, and a Rock Band microphone behind. I’ve called him and texted him about the items he left here, but he has made no attempt to pick them up. At what point can I throw them out/give them away? I don’t feel like it’s my responsibility to keep calling him or to keep storing his stuff, but maybe it is and I don’t want to do anything illegal. I do not have a forwarding address for him.
