I have to be at work around 8:30 am and get home from work around 9ish most nights. By the time I get something light to eat, do a few chores, it’s usually midnight before I get to bed. I get up around 6, check my e-mail, do a few chores, get ready for work. On Friday night, I tend to go to sleep around 9:30 or 10 and get up at 6:30 on Saturday, do chores, run errands, take an afternoon nap, go out around 7 ish. On Sunday, I go out to breakfast at 9, take a morning class, come home and start laundry, read, go to the grocery, cook for the week, finish the laundry.
I stay pretty consistent with the time I get up in the morning. I don’t get enough sleep and I pay for it with a sluggish metabolism. Sleep deprivation causes you to gain weight.
