What kind of exercise do I need to make my thighs bigger?

I’m feeling very happy with the results of me being in the gym, but I wish I had bigger thighs, mine are very thin, I want them to be a little bit bigger, what can I do?

Thighs?

I’m going to assume you mean thighs.

Squats & lunges will help develop your thin thighs (Wish I had this problem ;)

What @SpatzieLover said (squats and lunges). Some good power biking works, as well.

Well you need more fat or bigger muscles, take your pick. Besides squats and lunges, I believe if you want your muscle mass to expand you could try doing a couple sets of short high bursts of sprinting, make sure you warm-up first. Oh, and check this.

Since you’re looking to increase size I recommend doing a regiment of squats, lunges, deadlifts, and leg press

you want heavy weight low reps try looking up a 5×5 routine. good luck

get some protein / weight gainer i recommend anything by optimum nutrition

@2late2be Well, you could just wear baggier jeans ;)
Seriously though, adding weights with the above mentioned exercises should help your thighs build you (I do this with my arms to give the illusion that my thighs are smaller;)

@2late2be Damn. Do you know a good orthopedic surgeon who does foot in mouth removal? I’m so sorry! OK…leg lifts would be good.
