What do I do with all these avocados?
I love avocados. Love ‘em. I could eat them raw for the rest of my life. I’d be content. But my right brain is screaming for variety. Help me help my brain. How can I prepare avocados (besides guacamole, which, in its purest form, if I’m not mistaken, involves a crushed-up lizard) that will both satisfy my cravings for healthy plant-based fats and green pasty-goodness and my brain’s need for variety?
