Instead of calling apple about questions or problems is there an email address that I can use to email questions, problems or other stuff?

i know that steve@mac.com is monitored and sometimes answered, not sure if you want to send mundane problems though.

yeah, don’t email Steve.

http://www.apple.com/support/ offers a variety of options, and if you have applecare on your product(s), you can go into the store for support.

you can also arrange for a one-to-one session at your local apple store and/or a genius bar session.

Also, the Apple discussion forums are a great place to post problems. Apple employees read through and answer if they need to. The regular members usually do fine though.

The link @eponymoushipster provided. Several times I’ve had problems with one of the many ipods and itouch that reside in my home.

I typically will get a response within 24 hours, mostly less, and always great support. I am so pleased with the help Apple provides, I probably will get MAC next time out!
