Run 3 miles, Orgasm, nyquil, warm shower, then go to bed. In that order. Works every time.
just don’t make a habit of the nyquil!!
Write down all the things that are on your mind. Don’t just say them, write them down. As you do, more things will occur to you. When you are finally finished with the list, your mind will relax, and you will be able to sleep.
Soft music. I used to have trouble sleeping, and downloaded ten “meditative”-type songs to my iPod. Now I’m asleep before the third one plays.
