Is there any way to recuperate a deleted torrent?

I’ve just deleted a torrent accidentally, removing all files.
I didn’t even have the chance to see what the title / name was until it was too late.
Is there a way in Bittorrent to recuperate a torrent that has been deleted with all its associated files?
