Did I injure my arm from working out?
I attended baseball workouts on Thursday and now it’s Sunday and my left arm is in worse pain than it was the day of/ day after. It was the first time I’d worked out in about a year and a half and I pushed myself until I absolutely couldn’t lift my arms anymore. I was in a group of 4 other kids who had been attending workouts for about two weeks so they had grown accustomed to the weight lifting.
Now it’s Sunday and I can’t lift my left arm without getting this tight pain in my arm. I’m wondering if maybe I injured something and if I should skip workouts this week if the pain continues.
