Where can I find charm blanks for altered art bracelets?

I love altered art and love altered art charms. I bought a kit from someone on the ‘net last year and part of the kit was to be instructions on how to make altered art charms and a list of suppliers. I paid her and she sent some beads, some chain and some pictures….but no instructions and no supply list (as promised on her listing.) I thought, “She must have forgotten.” So, I wrote her once…no answer. Twice…no answer. Three times, nothing. I was really disappointed as I did pay a good price for the kit…and I realized that what I really was paying for were for the instructions on how to create charms and where to get the supplies and this is what she did not include.
If you know where I can get some good supplies for charms…the charms that she sent me (she did send me a few) are like small square picture frames. You put the photo in there and then you spray it with some sort of spray. I would like to know where to get the charms and the instructions on the best way to set them (what is needed, etc.)
Any info on reliable suppliers and on how to make these…would be most appreciated!
