If you bothered to notice, I never suggested hygiene causes anal fissures. It’s none of your business but I have first-hand experience- thanks for enlightening me about the condition though.
I raised the possibility that they might be anal fissures then went on to speak in generalities about what can cause pain or itching in the anus. I’m going to venture a guess you aren’t a physician and I’m puzzled as to why you would be so extremely rude when I’m trying to offer helpful advice (some of which you parroted) to this person.
sitz baths can be helpful for certain. so can moistened toilet paper during wiping (as you obviously agree about). furthermore, whether its anal fissures or any other potential condition, cleanliness will be central to staving off any infection (as you no doubt know, anal fissures can of course become infected). I’m bothered by the fact that you’d waste your time making ignorant attacks on my attempt to help instead of focusing on the OP’s initial request for help.
