Homemade ice cream with limited ingredients?

Hey Fluther, I have some half and half left over from when I made fondue a couple days ago and I’m trying to figure out what I should do with it. Homemade ice cream sounds good, but I’m not willing to go out and buy more ingredients. Here’s what I have in my pantry that looks like it might be a contribution:

Half and half
Sugar
Kosher Salt
Imitation Vanilla
Eggs
Milk (~1/8 of a gallon)

Does anyone have any idea how I should put these together to get a decent dessert? I’ve never made homemade ice cream before, so if you could walk me through the steps, that would be nice. :)
