It started out as a health thing with me. I was having anxiety and panic attacks and I was overweight. I started worrying that I was going to have a heart attack. I started out slow, walking outside for 30–60 minutes everyday, and started eating better. Then I started going to the gym. As I started to get healthier, I grew less worried about having a heart attack.
Now that my anxiety is a thing of the past, the focus has switched to looking better. I’m moderately muscular now and I’ve been following a calorie-restricted diet to drop the layer of fat on top of the muscles.
