Has anyone had success with the PayPal cashback program?
A couple of months ago I got an e-mail from PayPal where you buy $20 of merchandise and you get $20 credited back into your PayPal account. Sounds fishy, I know, but I confirmed the legitimacy with PayPal.
My question is, has anyone ever done a cashback program with PayPal, and how long did it take to get the money credited to your account?
