I can't bend my neck to the left at all or turn my head to the left as far as usual. Do you guys know of any home-remedy-type-stuff for this?
Yesterday morning I twisted my neck weird, or something. I can’t remember exactly what. All I know is that I can’t bend my neck to the left or turn my head as far as I usually can to the left. Should I go to the doc? Do you know of any home remedies I could do?
