I been getting a repeat pain in my back on the shoulder blade area and I’ve tried icy hot and asprins. Does anyone else know what I might try to get rid of this knot on my back? It comes and goes but it remains a slight nuisance at its best.

A massage, advil, acupuncture, acupressure…You might also try to pinpoint what’s causing it and change that—an uncomfortable office chair or keyboard position? Steering wheel too close or too far away?

I suffer from periodic back pain too. I feel it whenever I over exert myself or neglect to give my back the necessary support.

I’ve never been to a doctor for it, so I don’t know how to get rid of it. I use Ardyss Body Shaper (for Men) whenever my back issues return. It relieves the pain, allows me to walk upright and gives my back the support it needs.

You might want to check it out.

I wish I knew the name of the yoga pose! I will try to explain.
Put you hand in front of your face with your elbow bent and your thumb facing your nose.Take your other hand under your elbow and reach up and try to grasp your other hand. You may only be able to reach your palm. Slowly and gently, with your palms still touching, raise your hands up, past your forehead if you can. This is a great way to stretch those muscles in your upper back. One of my favorites!
You have to watch a little commercial first but This looks like it would work pretty good too.
If that doesn’t do it, This ought to do the trick

I Just found out that my favorite yoga stretch for the upper back is called Eagle Pose.
