Something to make me less lazy.
Something to make me not scared of going outside by myself.
Something to make me join a club or something (maybe cooking, I want to learn to cook better :))
Walk my dogs more often, which would result in more exercise for all of us and staying more in touch with the small changes and happenings in our neighborhood.
Moving from doing exercises in my home to working out in a gym room with equipment. I want different results for my body now and I’m even willing to workout alongside someone else, let them see me sweat and strain.
Being healthier all around. Eating, exercising, being more productive. It would be very beneficial, especially because I’ll soon have a toddler and a newborn. I could use the extra energy!
@Mavericksjustdoinganotherflyby and @faye – Get the Easyway book, by Allan Carr. I was surprised at how well that worked. And I’d tried quitting at least 4 or 5 times previously using different methods with bad results. I’ve been off the sticks for well over a year and a half now, and I can’t imagine ever smoking again.
