Can you touch your toes to your head?

My father has always gauged how in shape he was by seeing if he can touch his toes to his head. He is still able to and is 58 years old.
Tonight a friend asked if I was able to and it got me thinking, who else is able to do it? Also how to you gauge how in shape you are?

hmmm, everyone’s asleep right now so no one can take a picture…but if I’m standing and I bend forward, I can touch my forehead to my shins, that’s all

Nope, but I’m sure if I didn’t have scoliosis I could. But I am still pretty limber from sports. I have pictures of me doing other things though teehee

I did it…but can’t really post a pic right now…it wasn’t hard at all…seems as everyone should be able to do it…I even put my whole foot behind my head..

At first I tried it whiteout bending my knees… ha ha… then I realized it was easy with my knees bent.
.
Not only can I touch my head… but I can pick my nose with my big toe!!!

I am pretty good at kicking my own ass btw…
