there are probably more resources to help with preventing suicide than almost any other health related issue. most suicides go unreported/are not told by the news as they dont want to encourage others. however the USA has it easy. you can all get guns. which is the most effective method. pills/slashing wrists does not work so well. hanging is pretty effective unless you are discovered too soon. more men are successful than women as women dont chose the violent ways like guns. if you do not suffer from depression, dont even pretend you understand it. cause it cannot even be put into words what it does to you. the thing is unless someone is under watch 24 hours a day if they REALLY want to do it they will. however we are all accountable for our own actions. and no one can understand the pain of what it is like to really truly want to die.

That’s all it’s about. You are not a bad person, or crazy, or weak, or flawed, because you feel suicidal. It doesn’t even mean that you really want to die – it only means that you have more pain than you can cope with right now. If I start piling weights on your shoulders, you will eventually collapse if I add enough weights… no matter how much you want to remain standing. Willpower has nothing to do with it. Of course you would cheer yourself up, if you could.
