I love call of duty also but the router settings must be fine because I’ve been playing it for a while and with the same router. The problem started about a week ago and still hasn’t stopped
awww man, I feel sorry for you, the only thing I can advise is to ring the sony helpline, that’s how I found out about my router problem, they are very helpful
why would I buy an xbox 360 when they have so many worse problems, less features, and make you pay for way more things like wifi and online membership? And does the “ring of death” ring a bell?
Ive had me Elite 3/4 of a year with abssolutely no problems. Yeah you have to pay for Live but the service is pretty darn good. I’ve heard otherwise from PS3 guys. They have so many more games too. The graphics are very comparable seeing as most of the PS3 games dont utilize the system’s full abilities. The red ring has stayed away from me knock on wood.
yeah but you had to buy an elite to get extra features, another con from microsoft, xbox sucks anyway, can’t play blue rays, Christ, its not even got a web browser, they will probably charge you for that later
The wifi is no big deal for me because I connect the xbox to my pc to do that without buying the $100 adapter. Blu-rays would be nice now that it that they are going to be the HD movie format but, honestly, I don’t know that I’d use it. And who needs a web browser on your gaming system when you have an iPhone in your pocket :)
call of duty’s online has always been a bit iffy. I believe the update that came put recently should fix your problem. If it doesn’t contact Sony. And, trying to be as equal as I can, picking up cod for the 360 if you have one is probably a better choice
My xbox 360 had been working fine until i put in COD4, then I got the red ring of death. Although microsoft says the game has nothing to do with the failure, I am suspicious on account, the game may draw more processing power inturn heating up the board more quickly. I am still waiting to recieve my hopefully fixed and not refurbed xbox back soon.
The two things you can do is, enter safe mode and select restore file system and it will attempt to repair any damage files on the hard drive they may be causing problems and or enter safe mode and select restore PlayStation 3 system, so It should solve the problem.
