How well do you know your Nike 6.0's?

Can anyone tell me the name to this Nike, or maybe where I can buy another pair (preferably dead stock or near dead stock). They are a pair I bought in the winter of 2007 at a Pac Sun in our mall. Regratably I had a run in with my neighbors puppy and unfortuneately the shoe lost. Any and all help would be appreciated.
