What app can I use with my iPhone to edit Excel spreadsheets ?

Google Docs allows the editing of Excel documents on your iPhone. The caveat is that you must upload it via your desktop first.

I used the google/docs and I cant edit the xls file on my iPhone. I could see the spreadsheet but I cant edit it
