What's the difference between the 2 different Dazzle DVD recorders?

Looking at the Pinnacle Systems website for the price on a Dazzle DVD recorder today, I noticed they had an upscaled price on another product in the same box. Although, They have different descriptions/features underneath them. I was wondering if they both are DVD recorders or if one is just software, I can’t really tell. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

The difference is basically the software you get with it. You get better and more options with the dazzle plus
