Did I misunderstand the question? this is about yahoo email address’s right? I had an email at one point and forgot the password and ended up having to create a new one with 2003 at the end of it. You know blah_blah_blah2003@yahoo.com instead of blah_blah_blah@yahoo.com
No. That was just the year I did it. You know when it gives you that, “That address is already taken would you like…” a bunch of examples with numbers attached.
I’m not saying you have to create a new one, but back in 2003, I couldn’t figure out how to get my email back.
@xboxfan haha, give it a while. If someone knows they’ll answer. I want to know the answer too, lol. Maybe I might be able to get my original address back.
Sorry, bro. I use that email address (the one that i can’t firgure out the password) to xbox live. Now I can’t get on xbox live, because I lost my password,
call M$‘s Xbox live customer support. If they can’t give you the password, you might be able to transfer your account to a new address. If I was you I’d start thinking Reeeeeeal hard, lol.
Bro, I worried since the 14th of December. I tried thinking so hard for that one password. If you know anybody that is dealing with the same problem, and that person recovered it, please let me know.
How do you forget your own answers to the secret questions? Aren’t the questions all about something relevant to you?
Or did you just blow them off and type in some gibberish thinking “I’ll never need this!”?
Aside from personally contacting Yahoo, there’s no way to magically get back into your account if you forgot your password and your secret answers.
I had this happen to me. No way to reset it if you forgot the secret Qs. One day, out of the blue, I remembered my password. 10 years later. It was both a very weird and very happy moment. Good luck!
