@Fluthermucker No. The question that research would answer is ”do humans need to pee more if they stand under ACs?”. Not ”why do…”.
You’re right, the OP is probably not a scientist. But using a question word like why generally means that you have some evidence, at least anecdotal, and are trying to understand it.
If I ask “Why is the sun so bright?” it means I have stared at it, or otherwise observed the brightness of it, and am wondering what causes the brightness.
And no, I don’t have any ideas to help answer his question, because I personally haven’t ever heard of such a thing. Which, y’know, explains why I’m asking for his research.
