@cornbird “Do you all think of it when you smell a man’s colonge or if he is dressed well?”
Not if it’s a stranger. If a strange man approached me who was dressed well and smelled nice, it might make me more open to talking to him, but I wouldn’t think about having sex with him. I’d have to develop feelings for the person first. Then the smell of his perfume might be a pleasant memory, because our sense of smell is very intertwined with memory. I’d be more attracted to someone who was well-dressed, but it would take a while for that attraction to develop, and their personality would be very important. Once I had a strong attraction, then I might start thinking about sex.
What I was trying to explain in my first post here is that it’s important to a lot of women to be attracted to someone on a mental and emotional level. This isn’t true for everyone, but I’d have to have a strong attachment to someone before I would fantasize about them. Without that, I’d just feel maybe idle curiosity at most.
