Doggy has a growth on his mouth?

January 4th, 2010My roommate’s dog, a 4 year old Puggle, has some type of growth on his lip. It’s on his bottom lip, on the side, coming from the inside of his lip sticking out, it’s round, about 1 cm, looks like pink white raspberry, it doesn’t seem too painful when I touch it but it seem like he can feel it. Any ideas?
