My dog frequently does this high pitched whine. It mostly seems to be triggered by her wanting to get at the cat. Sometimes she doesn’t seem to have an apparent reason for the whining. Anyway it’s highly annoying and I know that yelling at her won’t help but I really want her to stop this behavior.
