Relax… take a breath & look over the instructions with a clear mind. It helps to have other people look at instructions too. A fresh pair of eyes may see something you didn’t. Find someone who doesn’t know anything about hockey equipment. Because their brain will be thinking in logic that doesn’t apply to helmets & guards, but in very specific regards to detailed instructions.
