I’m fairly familiar with Vedic astrology, but wonder how Chinese astrology fits in. Suppose your natal charts are very compatible, but in Chinese astrology you’re not at all compatible. Which is more accurate?

Neither.

They don’t correlate. You’re comparing oranges and tangerines. It’s like comparing the Chinese calendar to the Roman calendar.

As for deciding which message or prediction to let dictate your actions…neither. At best they are for a bit of fun and coincidence. I wouldn’t take them that seriously.

Although, I do enjoy that I’m a pig on the Chinese chart. It kind of validates my eating habits.

We Aries don’t believe in the Zodiac, or Chinese Astrology.

They are equally efficacious. Each is as effective as tits on a bull.

Positive horoscopes do have a good placebo effect.

@pdworkin : you like that word “efficacious” today, don’t you?

I guess the general consensus is that any astrology can be an efficacious placebo.

i like it whenever it is, you know, efficacious.

I think efficacious is a great word, almost as good as bodacious, one of my favorites.
