I do take a multivitamin with iron daily, with additional supplements of ones I’m not getting as much of, and I eat pretty well balanced. Having medical background, I’m aware of how quickly deficiencies can spiral out of control, so I’ve always taken care not to let that happen! :)
@Trance24 Thanks for those sites. Have you actually tried the recipes? I’m hoping to find some of the more palatable ones without trying them all out myself to get them. lol!

@IAmForeverYoung Good luck to you! Did you go from vegetarian to vegan, or straight from an omnivore to vegan?
@JLeslie I’m doing it for both, actually. I went vegetarian for ethical reasons, but found I had a lot of health benefits from it as well. I imagine as long as I continue to balance my diet, I will continue to reap those health benefits. I will consider the switch in stages if cold turkey ends up failing- I had trouble with giving up meat in stages, but I imagine going cold turkey on cheese would be much harder for me. LOL!
