“Great Question” (1points)

I am treating my diabetes and general health. I recently found out that psyllium absorbed many of them. I also suspected my bentonite of preventing me from getting my minerals so I stopped that too.

Please consult a professional. Vitamins and minerals have been proven to be either ineffective in some cases, poisonous in others.

Not to mentions herbs et al; gingko biloba was just declared as BS, btw, in a clinical study.

Over-vitamining can be bad for you – especially the oil-based ones – like A and E.

@Zen_Again I know about A & E. I am currently taking more E that I like. I am doing it because it is a treatment for cramping. I am certain that you are not talking about a medical doctor when you say consult an expert. Even with my mistakes I already know more than they do. I have eliminated the swelling in my legs. Done some repairs on a 40 year old injury. I am keeping my sugar below 100 in the morning most of the time. I also found out that my blood pressure was above 90. I got it back to normal with two supplements. I have also lost 70 pounds without dieting. I have just eliminated those foods that raise my sugar.

Diabetes is serious poisoning of the body. To do the repairs you body needs all of the materials.

The prescriptions that my doctor gave me were baby asprin. I could not take my blood tests properly with it. My blood turned to a colared spot on my hand. Way too thin.
And plavix. I was still peeing all of the time and it did exactly nothing.
My doctors solution to the leg swelling was to offer me a water pill so that I could pee some more.
Doctors have useful information. They don’t know about cures. Only about patches.

@Zen_Again What does BS mean in relaton to gingko? @walterallenhaxton why not eat prunes, lettuce, celery instead of adding fiber? I could see where prunes would affect your sugars but lettuce would work as roughage. Maybe you are talking a different reason for wanting the supplement.

I was told to take fiber supplements 2–3 hours away from your other supplements. No advice for the diabetes, sorry :(

Fiber wise, I wouldn’t take psyllium. I’m all about the flax seed. I’ve had it cleared by multiple doctors that it’s safe to take with other medications. Always double check, because I do not have diabetes so that’s never been an issue for me.

I’m pretty sure a mixture of soluble and insoluble fiber would best no matter what the medical condition (?)

@Zen_Again I did not tell you about my experience with Gingko. I took it because it allows more blood to the extremities. This is very important for a diabetic. The neuropathy does not only occur in the feet and hands. It is also a dieng back of the nerves in the heart. It therefor will kill you. I took in in combination with Horse chestnut for the swelling of my legs. Butchers Broom to strengthen the veins. Alpha Lipoic Acid to regrow the nerves there and I was also treating my heart with taurine and my pituitary with alfalfa for nutrition and orthinine/arginine. That combination of amino acids also has the effect of stimulation the production of human growth hormone. For that to work you have to take enough vitamin C.

The alfalfa arginine combo stopped the peeing all of the time problem by increasing the anti diuretic hormone made by the pituitary.
It also magnified the effect of the other things for the legs. I was only supposed to get 40% improvement with the horse chestnut for the swelling but it is all gone.
I regularly check dosages. This question came to my mind because the vitamin E I am taking for the cramps is not working as well as it should. I am taking 500 IU’s. That is fairly high. So I suspect that some has been absorbed by the fiber. I am going to try going without that and see if the cramps go away.

I don’t have a supply of bull shit on hand. I suspect it is not too nutritious anyway. I will pass.

The Gingko did not improve my mind by it’s self. When I added sage to it my mind was clearer than it had been in years.
Doctors drugs you do not want to interact. With supplement you are looking for them to reinforce each other. Doctors and labs do not test them that way so they do not know how they work together. You can’t know about a thing unless you choose to learn about it.
