@Zen_Again I did not tell you about my experience with Gingko. I took it because it allows more blood to the extremities. This is very important for a diabetic. The neuropathy does not only occur in the feet and hands. It is also a dieng back of the nerves in the heart. It therefor will kill you. I took in in combination with Horse chestnut for the swelling of my legs. Butchers Broom to strengthen the veins. Alpha Lipoic Acid to regrow the nerves there and I was also treating my heart with taurine and my pituitary with alfalfa for nutrition and orthinine/arginine. That combination of amino acids also has the effect of stimulation the production of human growth hormone. For that to work you have to take enough vitamin C.
The alfalfa arginine combo stopped the peeing all of the time problem by increasing the anti diuretic hormone made by the pituitary.
It also magnified the effect of the other things for the legs. I was only supposed to get 40% improvement with the horse chestnut for the swelling but it is all gone.
I regularly check dosages. This question came to my mind because the vitamin E I am taking for the cramps is not working as well as it should. I am taking 500 IU’s. That is fairly high. So I suspect that some has been absorbed by the fiber. I am going to try going without that and see if the cramps go away.
I don’t have a supply of bull shit on hand. I suspect it is not too nutritious anyway. I will pass.
The Gingko did not improve my mind by it’s self. When I added sage to it my mind was clearer than it had been in years.
Doctors drugs you do not want to interact. With supplement you are looking for them to reinforce each other. Doctors and labs do not test them that way so they do not know how they work together. You can’t know about a thing unless you choose to learn about it.
