It’s my impression that cheese will look bad when it is bad. And if the outside has some mold, you can cut it off and eat the clean parts. That’s what I do, anyway, in the rare times cheese sticks around long enough in my fridge.
I am interested to hear more opinions, though. Mmmmm, cheese!
