What is the formula for surface area of composite solids?

Cylinder = 2(Pi x r^2) + 2Pi x rh = 2Pi x r (r + h)
Triangular prism = 2 x Base x Perpendicular Height, as it has 4 sides – all triangles

That should give you a good start LOL!
