How do you relieve painful gas?
(apologies if this is a double up but for some reason my question didn’t post)
It is 3 am and I have been up for over an hour with really painful gas.
I have attempted some yoga positions which I came across after googling the topic and they have helped a little.
I am also sipping on pepperment tea as I have read that this helps.
I am still feeling discomfort after several farts. I have tried pooing but have been unable to do so.
Is there anything I can do?
