It’s far best to listen to your bodys needs and it is saying to soak in hot (sea salt mineral if your blood pressure isn’t a problem) and go to sleep and then rest some more. And then get some more comfortable rest. Drink good water to flush out, eat mineral/vitamin rich foods, green juices if you can.
Five years ago “Someone” I know hurt their sciatic nerve and back in sports and took aspirin, then took pain pills to ignore the pain and ran around and did errands and took more pain pills and did more stupid things. He has not recovered from sciatica and for that second year had to use a can to walk. He not been able to do any sports, lift anything, etc. There’s only the regret that you gain in retrospect. But it’s too late.
He had MRI, cat scan, a hundreds+ lazer therapy sessions, chiropractic sessions, shaitzsui (spell?), and medical doctors.
His quality of life has been stripped….all because he drugged the pain and redamaged his injury.
I think you’re correct when you ask if you could do further damage. That’s listening to your body.
Don’t fool around with Sciatic, he’s a mean dude!
I have no idea what spinning is.
