me and my parents are all on a family plan from AT&T. and we all have iPhone’s (3G) and we, just today, were able to update our phone and get the mms feature:D
I’m pretty excited about it, but before I get carried away I was just wondering if this is going to cost extra? we have unlimited text, but does that mean unlimited mms? thanks for the help(:

I think you should ask AT&T.

When MMS was initially announced, word was each MMS would could against your allotment of text messages (basic plan is 200 per month) with no surcharge as long as you are on the 3G network. You should be able to confirm for sure by calling 611 and checking with customer service.

MMS is included in your text plan. Text and MMS are no longer considered separate features. I also have the iPhone 3G and send/receive pictures all the time with no extra charge. So, enjoy!
