Best way to prep my self for BMT?
I was wondering since I got a good bit of time(about 6 months) to get ready for BMT are than any specific things I should do or start learning now?
My recruiter told me, just start working out now because the rest will be mental, and they WILL train you their way so don’t worry about that.
I suppose he is probably right, would you agree?If so what kind of work-out or routines should I be doing?
I already assume MANY push-ups,sit-ups and running but maybe a certain amount I need, or any other exercises?
