How do I post an externally hosted audio file on Tumblr?

I’ve got the url of the site with the song I want to play, but when I post it on Tumblr, it doesn’t play correctly. How do I fix this? The URL of the song is http://hypem.com/track/1018421/Office+-+Oh+My
