How can you make Rice Krispy Treats without Rice Krispy cereal?
I have a bag of mini marshmallows but no puffed cereal. I’d like to make something out of it. There must be a way to combine it with regular cooked rice or oats or puff the rice yourself in the oven. Any ideas?
