I just jailbroke mine, but most of the icons are not showing up anymore. What do I have todo after u fan access installer? Most programm are still installed, but I don’t know how to launch them. Should i have restored it first?

Just restore it through iTunes and try again. Ensure that the firmware correctly matches the version of ziphone that you downloaded.

Otherwise just wait for the sdk.
