Where can I obtain a Statement of Objections issued by the European Commission?

Cannot seem to find these anywhere after literally hours of scouring E.C. databases… Any help would be much appreciated!

Here is the downlodable text for a Statement of Objection in English. (It is also available in French.)

I would search using the company name on Google. Here is what I would put in as the search term:

Company name Statement of Objections EU full text
